摘　　要：给出一般情形下Heegaard分解稳定性定理的一个简单证明．It 1s a classical theorem that any two Heegaard splittings of an orientable closed 3-manifolds are stably equivalent. In this note, we give a simple proof of the theorem for a general case where the 3-manifolds could be with boundary.
