摘　　要：随着国民生活水平的提高,民族传统文化的养生饮料将成为饮料市场的主流。概述了民族植物学的概念、研究范畴和作用,提出民族植物学对传统饮料现代化生产有着重要的推动和指导作用,民族饮料植物应当作为民族植物学研究中的一项重要内容。最后,提出了民族饮料植物研究中的问题和解决对策。Along with the improvement of living standard,health drink with ethnic traditional culture will take a big share at beverage market.Ethnobotanical concept,research scope and effect were reviewed and proposed that ethnobotany had great contribution to promote and guide modernization production of ethnic traditional drink and beverage plant research should be an important part of ethnobotany.Finally,some problems and countermeasures at ethnic beverage plant research were outlined.
