摘  要:用水、95%乙醇、甲醇、丙酮、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、石油醚为溶剂浸提白骨壤果实,分别采用DPPH法、Fenton反应、邻苯三酚自氧化法测定了7种提取液清除DPPH自由基、羟自由基的能力、超氧阴离子自由基的能力。结果表明:水、甲醇、95%乙醇提取液得率及总黄酮含量最高;7种白骨壤果实提取液对DPPH·、·OH及O-2·三种自由基均显示出一定的清除能力,甲醇、水、95%乙醇三者的提取液清除三种自由基的能力及总抗氧化活性较强,正丁醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯提取液的清除活性和总抗氧化活性次之,石油醚提取液的最弱。The dry fruit of Avicennia Marina was extracted with seven different solvent dipping at normal temperature to get methanol extract,water extract,95% ethanol extract,acetone extract,n-butanol extract ethyl acetate extract and petroleum extract,then their scavenging activities of 2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)free radical,hydroxyl free radical(·OH),superoxide free radical(O-2·)were measured by the methods of DPPH,Fenton,pyrograllol auto-oxidation respectively.The results showed higher extraction rate and total flavonoids yield in water extract,methanol extract and 95% ethanol extract,and all seven extracts exhibited certain radical scavenging activities on DPPH·,·OH and O-2·.The antioxidant and radical scavenging activities of water extract,95% ethanol extract and methanol extract was higher than acetone extract,n-butanol extract and ethyl acetate extract,while weak activity in petroleum extract.
