高校教师教育与基础教育合作问题探索

摘　　要：教师专业化的培养要求使得教师教育与基础教育必须密切合作。高校教师教育与基础教育主要的合作类型有教师专业发展学校、校际教师专业发展联盟、高校与基础教育的区域合作。高校教师教育与基础教育合作有力地促进了教育者专业生活方式的改变,为教师的专业发展提供了良好的机会,为师范生实践知识、职业技能的生成提供了更好的环境。实现合作双方教育价值追求的融合,谋求教师自身解放,将合作的机制保障问题列入政府教育评估范畴,进行学校组织变革与创新,将有利于解决当前高校教师教育与基础教育合作中存在的问题。The teachers＇ professional training requires a close cooperation between the elementary education and the teacher education of higher education. The cooperation has three types,namely,teacher education school, inter -school teacher education league, and regional cooperation between elementary education and college education. Such a cooperation has effectively changed the professional lifestyle of the educator,offered excellent opportunities for the professional development of college teachers. Furthermore,it has provided better environment for students＇ practice vocational skills. But,the cooperation is faced with some problems. In the work ahead,efforts need to be made to complete teacher education planning,change school organization and liberate the teacher.
