摘　　要：综述了花椒籽油的主要成分、理化性质、制取方法和开发利用等研究现状,并对花椒籽仁油中α-亚麻酸的富集纯化方法进行了详细综述。花椒籽的合理利用并形成产业链仍是今后的研究方向。The research status of the main components, physicochemical properties, preparation methods and exploitation of prickly ash seed oil were reviewed. The enrichment and purification methods of α- linolenic acid from prickly ash seed kernel oil were Summarized in detail. The resonable exploitation of prickly ash seed oil to form the industry chain was still the research direction.
