摘　　要：综述了木低聚糖的研究进展。迄今为止，制备木低聚糖的方法主要有以下四种：（1）酸水解法；（2）热水抽提法（包括蒸汽爆破法）；（3）生物酶降解法，包括间歇和连续两种生产方式；（4）微波降解法。This paper reviewed the advance in studies on xylo - oligosaccharide preparation. There were four methods for preduction of xylo - oligosaccharides: (1 ) acid hydrolysis of xylan; (2)extraction from plants with hot wtaer(including steam explosion); (3) ensyrnaic hydrolysis; (4)degradation of xylan with microwave.
