浅论高职院校法律专业课案例教学法的适用

摘　　要：案例教学法因其与高职高专培养目标的相契合,能比较完美的实现有效教学而被广泛应用于高职院校法律专业课中。同时,它也是高职院校法律课程改革的内容之一。但是在实践中,其实施存在诸多的困难,而且效果也不如想象中那样理想。文章拟根据高职高专培养目标的特点,结合高职院校中案例教学存在的问题及对策等方面对高职院校法律专业课案例教学进行分析。Nowadays case method is widely applied in law courses in High Vocational Colleges（HVC） owing to its conformity with the cultivation aims of the HVC and accomplishment of the effective teaching.Meanwhile,it is a part of the improvement of law courses.Even so,in teaching,its practice exists many difficulties and the effect is not so effective as expected.According to the features of cultivation aims,based on the problems and solution,this article will try to analyze this case method.
