摘　　要：利用[2]的结论对[1]中例2的一个一般情形得到了方程所有解振动的充分必要条件In this paper, we obtain the necessary and sufficient condition for the oscillation of solutions of a class of neutral delay differential equations which is a general case of example 2 in[1] .The resul in [2] applied.
