摘  要:针对专职教师来源单一、缺乏企业经验,而兼职教师又缺乏教学经验的问题,杭州职业技术学院达利女装学院依托校企共同体的体制优势,通过推进"教师企业经历工程",实施双专业负责人制,聘请兼职教师等途径,校企共同组建教学团队。同时通过制定各项考核与激励措施保障校企协作培养"双师型"教师。Aiming at the problems such as the singleness of source,lack of experiences working in enterprises of professional teachers,and lack of teaching experiences of part-time teachers,the Dali suit-dress college of Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College has built teachers group through boosting the "teachers experiencing in enterprises project",implementing the system of "dual specialty responsible person",and retaining part-time teachers.Meanwhile,to ensure the cultivation of "dual-qualification" teachers by school and enterprise cooperation through formulating relative examination and inspiration measures.
