摘　　要：柑橘果皮中含有丰富的精油。柑橘精油无色透明,具有诱人的橘香味,在食品、医药、化妆品等领域具有广泛的应用。该文综述了柑橘果皮中香精油的提取方法及其应用现状,为柑橘香精油的开发利用提供理论依据。The citrus peel contains abundant of essential oil.The citrus essential oil is a clear,colorless liquid and full of odor of citrus fruits,which is widely used in food,medicine and cosmetic industries.This article reviewed the extraction technology of citrus essential oil and its application,which provided a theory reference for the exploitation and utilization of citrus essential oil.
