乳与乳制品质量安全问题探析

摘　　要：鉴于中国乳品行业正进入前所未有的高速发展期,乳制品质量与安全问题日益受到人们关注的客观实际,结合近些年来市场上频繁出现劣质奶粉、勾兑酸奶、毒奶粉等恶性事件频繁发生危害百姓消费利益,亟需解决乳品市场安全的现实,介绍了我国原料乳安全、乳与乳制品安全质量现状以及乳制品流通领域的管理问题。With an unprecedented development of China＇s dairy industry,dairy quality and safety problems have been concerned,combining with frequent inferior milk powder,blending yogurt,poison milk powder and malignant accidents occurred frequently in recent years which harm people＇s consumption benefits,therefore,it is urgent to solve the reality of dairy market safety in China.This paper introduces the existing safety and quality situation of raw milk,dairy and dairy products and the management problems of dairy products circulation,and some views and strategies are used to solve dairy products and safety are discussed.
