摘  要:针对传统的悬架非线性承载特性模型的卸载边界不一致及加载和卸载切换时承载特性的过渡曲线不一致影响悬架非线性承载特性的精确模拟等问题,在Fancher模型基础上,提出了基于悬架变形转折点的卸载边界修正算法及过渡曲线修正算法.通过卸载边界修正算法,实现了对悬架系统非线性承载特性中卸载边界不一致现象的描述,通过过渡曲线修正算法,实现了对悬架系统非线性承载特性中加载、卸载过渡曲线不一致现象的描述,建立了可用于汽车品质动力学仿真的精细悬架非线性承载特性模型.通过与悬架系统K&C垂向轮跳试验结果对比表明:该承载特性模型能够较有效地模拟卸载边界及过渡曲线,进一步提高了悬架非线性承载特性模型的精度.Simulation accuracy of nonlinear load characteristics was affected by two types of variance of unloading curve and transition curve in conventional suspension nonlinear model of load characteristics.To solve the problem,considering the reversal point of deflection,new algorithms for unloading curve and transition curve were proposed based on Fancher model.According to the algorithm of unloading curve,the unloading curve variance of suspension nonlinear load characteristics was described well,and the transition curve variance of suspension nonlinear load characteristics was also described by algorithm of transition curve.A new model of suspension nonlinear load characteristics was established to simulate vehicle quality dynamics.Comparison with the results of parallel wheel travel of suspension KC test indicates that the proposed model can simulate the unloading and transition curves,and the accuracy of suspension nonlinear model of load characteristics can be improved.
