摘　　要：构建科学、严谨、完善、系统的教学质量保障体系,强化教学质量监控,是高等学校提高人才培养质量的根本措施之一。本文结合学校本科教学管理改革实际,从制定质量标准体系、完善质量监控体系和健全质量长效机制三个方面,阐述了本科教学质量保障体系建设的探索与实践。A fundamental measure to improve the teaching quality of higher learning institutions is to eonstruet a scientific, rigorous and all -round teaching quality guarantee system, and to strengthen teaching quality control. This paper presents the study and practice of building an undergraduate teaching quality guarantee system in the light of the experiences in the management and reform activities of the undergraduate teaching in National University of Defense Technology, emphasizing three aspects ： working out the quality standard system, perfecting the teaching quality monitoring system and a long - term quality guarantee system.
