摘 要:目的:研究飞龙掌血多糖的抗氧化活性。方法:采用Fenton法、DPPH法测定飞龙掌血多糖清除羟基自由基(.OH)、二苯代苦味酰肼自由基(DPPH.)的能力,以VC为对照。结果:质量浓度在0.2~0.4mg/mL范围内,飞龙掌血多糖随浓度增大,清除.OH能力增强,且0.4mg/mL时清除率高达73.7%;质量浓度在5×10-3~5×10-1mg/mL时,对DPPH.的清除率为13.5%~79.5%,清除作用与浓度呈正相关,当浓度为0.5mg/mL时,清除率高达79.5%。结论:飞龙掌血多糖具有较强的体外抗氧化性能,对.OH、DPPH.具有明显的清除作用。Objective:To study the antioxidant activity of polysaccharides from Toddalia asiatica.Methods:The research adopted Fenton method and DPPH method to determine the scavenging ability of Toddalia asiatica polysaccharides to ·OH and DPPH· by comparing with VC.Results:In the concentration of 0.2 ~ 0.4mg/mL,the scavenging ability to ·OH was a positive correlation with the concentration of Toddalia asiatica polysaccharides,when the concentration was 0.4mg/mL,the clearance rate of ·OH was 73.7%.In the concentration of 5×10-3 ~ 5×10-1mg/mL,the clearance rate of DPPH· was 13.5% ~ 79.5%,the scavenging ability to DPPH· was also positively correlated with the concentration of Toddalia asiatica polysaccharides,when the concentration was 0.5mg/mL,the clearance rate of DPPH· was 79.5%.Conclusions:Toddalia asiatica polysaccharides had strong antioxidant properties and possessed a clear scavenging effect to ·OH and DPPH·.
