摘　　要：现代物流业发展离不开高素质物流人才的支撑。随着我国现代物流产业的蓬勃发展,社会对高素质物流人才的需求十分旺盛。财经类高校依据其特有的财经专业资源优势,在物流管理专业人才的培养上应彰显其优势和特色。通过财经类高校物流管理专业的实践教学设计以及相应评价指标体系的构建,促进物流管理人才培养质量的提高。The development of the modem logistics industry need the logistics talents of high level. With the development of modem logistics industry in China the demand of the logistics talents is very vigorous. According to the advantages of the resources, the finance and economics colleges should stand out the characteristic of talent training. By researching on the practice teaching design and evaluation index system of logistics management in finance and economics colleges the aim of the paper is to contribute to the quality promotion of the talent training of logistics talents.
