摘　　要：如何培养"下得去、留得住、用得上"的、能为农民提供基本医疗卫生保健服务的卫技人才,是党和政府以及卫生行政部门高度关注的问题。浙江医学高等专科学校主动适应农村卫生发展的需求,构建面向农村的临床医学专业五年制高职人才培养模式。How to educate qualified medical specialists,who are willing to go to the countryside and provide peasants with primary medical caring and health services over a long time,is highly concerned by the Party,government and medical administrative organizations.Zhejiang Medical College actively meet the demands of the development of medical caring and health in countryside,and establish a countryside - orientated training model of specialists in the subject of clinical medicine with a five-year program.
