摘　　要：定位装载机构是硅片化学机械抛光(CMP)设备的一个重要组成部分。本文通过对目前CMP设备中硅片定位装载机构的介绍、分析与比较,介绍了一种新型定位装载机构的功能、结构原理及控制原理,并最终通过在工艺试验中的实际应用确定了该机构已基本达到设计要求。The structure of silicon wafer orientation and loading is an important part in CMP equipment. It introduces the function, structure theory and control theory of a new orientation and loading structure, through introduction, analysis and compare of current orientation and loading structure. Finally, it confirms that the structure has basically achieved design require from technical experiment.
