摘　　要：分析了波兰尼意会(隐性)知识在中国跌宕起伏的发展历程;评析了中文术语翻译的多样性造成的困惑并提出了解决方案;对以哲学为主干、教育和管理为两翼的发展态势进行了深度反思。The article analyzed the ups and downs of the development course of Polanyi＇s ＂tacit knowledge＂ in contemporary China. Solutions were proposed based on commenting on the confusion caused by diversified Chinese translation of ＂tacit knowledge＂. The article also carried on deep introspection to the development trend that taking the philosophy as the backbones and education and management being as the two wings.
