混菌固态发酵玉米酒糟生产蛋白饲料的研究

摘　　要：以玉米酒糟为原料,采用正交试验对混菌固态发酵生产蛋白饲料的加工工艺进行研究。结果表明,底物水分含量对蛋白饲料的真蛋白含量影响最大,最佳发酵工艺为发酵时间54h,接种量30%,酒糟和豆粕比例7∶3,底物与水分比例1∶0.9。Using corn distiller＇s grains as raw material,the process technology of multi-culture solid-state fermentation production protein feed was studied by orthogonal experiments.The results showed that water content of substrate has significant effect on protein content of feed.The optimum conditions were as follows： fermentation time 54h,inoculum 30%,the ratio of soybean meal to distiller＇s grains 7∶3 and the ratio of substrate to water content 1∶0.9.
