摘 要:民办高校青年教师发展状况包括职业道德、教学能力、科研能力、组织认同四个维度。通过对湖北省三所高校353位青年教师进行问卷调查,结果显示民办高校青年教师职业道德和教学能力发展水平较好,而科研能力和组织认同较差。通过均值差异比较和单因素方差分析得出职业态度、事业发展前景、职业成就感和发展状态满意度的认知水平对教师发展状况的四个维度产生显著影响,两者呈正比关系,认知水平越高教师发展状况越好。校龄和教学任务感是影响教师发展状况的显著因素,入职时间1-2年的教师在职业道德、教学能力、组织认同三个维度发展状况最好,两者呈反比关系,教学任务适中时教师发展状况各维度最好。Four dimensions were included about the growth of Young Faculty, such as professional ethics, teaching capability, development in scientific research, organizational identification. Questionnaire based on 353 young faculties from three private colleges in Hubei province is the principal research tool. The investigation shows that professional ethics and teaching capability develop better than scientific research and organizational identification do. Through comparing mean value and One-Way ANOVA, we find that the professional attitude, career prospects, professional accomplishment and satisfaction of professional development have a significant impact on four dimensions of young faculty' growth. The growth of young faculty is closely related to cognitive level of the four factors mentioned earlier. In addition, working-age and the teaching task are the significant factors.
