摘　　要：本文利用Nevanlinna值分布理论讨论了复平面内两类复微分方程组的允许解的存在性问题，改进了文[1]中的一些定理，从而得到了更精确。In this paper, using the Nevanlinna's value distribution theory, we investigatethe existence problems of admissible solutions of two types of differential equations inthe complex plane and improve some theorems in [1] etc. and obtain some resultswhich are more precise and more general than the previous ones.
