摘  要:目的:探讨临床护理课程教学改革对培养学生评判性思维能力的效果。方法:在护理专业本科166名学生临床护理课程2个学期的教学过程中,进行教学改革,采用以学生为中心的多种教学方法如以问题为基础的教学、案例教学、概念图、合作式学习及综合性实验等。在教学改革前后,运用中文版评判性思维量表(CCTDI-CV)测评学生的评判性思维能力。结果:教学前后学生评判性思维能力6个维度得分明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理课程中,开展以学生为中心的教学活动,有助于培养学生的评判性思维能力。Objective: To explore the effects of teaching innovation of clinical nursing courses to cultivate the critical thinking ability of nursing students. Methods: Various teaching methods of students centered, such as problem-based learning, case-based learning, concept mapping, collaboration learning and integrated experiments, were taken in clinical nursing coarses in two semesters with 166 under-graduate nursing students. The Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version (CCTDI-CV)was used to test the critical thinking abilities of students before and after study. Results: Students' critical thinking ability in six domains were obviously improved ( P 〈 0.05) after the teaching reform. Conclusions : Teaching activities centered on students in chnical nursing courses is beneficial to cultivating the critical thinking ability of nursing students.
