摘　　要：我国高校如何建立一套科学合理、行之有效的院系绩效评价指标体系,一直是院系绩效评价的重点和难点。运用企业绩效管理理论,结合我国高校实际,探讨了高校院系绩效评价指标体系及其构建。For the higher education management,it＇s important to construct the performance evaluation index system,and timely reflect the development state and educational achievements of the college and department.Based on the business performance management theory and combined with the situation of our country,an index system was established for the performance evaluation of college and department in the university.
