楚雄州义务教育质量状况探究

摘　　要：对楚雄州九县一市历年的义务教育质量进行分析,并采用灰色系统的GM(1,1)模型对其未来的义务教育质量进行预测。采用基尼系数对楚雄州的义务教育质量的区域差距进行了衡量,分析差距存在的主要原因,进而提出缩小差距的对策,从而期望实现楚雄州义务教育质量的和谐。This paper mainly researches on compulsory education chance of Chuxiong autonomous prefecture all the years,and predicts prospective compulsory education chance of Chuxiong autonomous prefecture by using GM（1,1） model of grey system.Meanwhile,the regional gap of compulsory education chance of Chuxiong autonomous prefecture was measured with Gini coefficient,and the causes which leads regional gap were analyzed.Finally,countermeasures were established with the goal of compulsory education chance harmony.
