摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课教师专业化发展,是建设高素质专业化思想政治理论课教师队伍的前提和基础。研究高校思想政治理论课教师专业化发展问题,必须准确把握高校思想政治理论课教师专业化发展的内涵和特征,深入分析高校思想政治理论课教师专业化发展的重要意义,积极探索高校思想政治理论课教师专业化发展的具体对策。Professional development of the ideological and political theory course teacher is the prerequisite and basis for the construction of high-quality specialized teachers for ideological and political theory course.The connotations and characteristics of the development of teachers＇ specialization for ideological and political theory course must be accurately grasped in order to study the problem.Its significance is analyzed in-depth and the concrete countermeasures for the professional development are actively explored.
