摘 要:运用HPLC-PAD-MS技术对宁海白枇杷花中酚类化合物进行定性及定量分析,共检测到6种主要酚类化合物,4种被鉴定。其中,异槲皮苷含量最高,达到1.536mg/g;绿原酸0.5550mg/g;槲皮苷0.5836mg/g;槲皮素含量较低,0.2294mg/g。通过回收率试验、系统稳定性试验及日间精密度试验对该方法进行验证,结果显示各物质的回收率在90.3%~101.2%之间,方法准确性好;各标品峰高及峰面积的变异系数均小于1%(n=3),系统稳定性较好;各标品保留时间的变异系数均小于1%,日间精密度良好。本分析方法具有快速、灵敏、准确的优点,适用于枇杷花中酚类物质的定性及定量分析。Phenols in NingHai white loquat flower were identified and determined using a HPLC-PAD-MS method in the research. Six compounds were detected and four of them were identified. The identified phenols were chlorogenic acid (0.5550mg/g), quercetin-3-o-glucoside (1.536mg/g), quercitrin (0.5836mg/g) and quercetin (0.2294mg/g). The recovery test was between 90.3% and 101.2%, and the CV of stability and inter-day repeatability were lower than 1%. The results showed that the established method was a fast, effective and accurate method to analyze phenols in loquat flower.
