摘  要:高职"双师结构"教学团队是指高职教师团队整体上要配备能力素质各有所长的成员,即团队成员中既包括理论型教师,又包括技能型教师。双师结构教学团队建设的基本要素和策略是:建立共同的教师发展目标;选择各有所长、才技互补的教师成员队伍;团队负责人和团队成员间分工明确、协同合作,以及在职称、类别、年龄方面的合理搭配;教师引进和培养实现专兼结合、校企合作。The "dual-qualification structure" teaching team indicates that the teaching staff team of higher vocational schools include theoretical teachers as well as skilled teachers. The basic elements and construction strategies for building "dual-qualification structure" teaching team include: formulating common development objectives for teachers; selecting the members of the team that everyone has his strong point and their skills can complement with each other; the responsible person and members of the team have clear working divisions and can cooperate and harmonize with each other, and their professional titles, types and ages are also complemented; combination of teachers introduction and cultivation, and full-time teachers and part-time teachers, etc.
