摘  要:近年来,园本培训成为促进幼儿教师专业发展的有效途径。从知识管理视角来看,园本培训实质上是以幼儿教师所在幼儿园为培训场所,通过有效的培训机制,加快幼儿教师知识的流动,促成显性知识和隐性知识相互转化并推动幼儿教师专业发展的一种有效培训模式。基于幼儿教师知识管理的SECI模型,幼儿教师园本培训模式包括社会化、外显化、组合化和内在化等四种基本模式。In recent years, kindergarten-based training has been an effective way to promote teacher's professional development. From the perspective of knowledge management, kindergarten-based training is essentially a kind of effective training mode that in kindergarten, by the effective training mechanism, speeding up the flowing of the knowledge, promoting the transformation of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge,and teacher's professional development. Based on the SECI model of the teacher's knowledge management, the preschool teacher kindergarten-based training mode includes: socialization, externalization, combination and internalization.
