乳源性金黄色葡萄球菌的分离及耐药特性

摘　　要：为了解呼和浩特地区乳源金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药特性,采集该地区的生鲜牛乳样品进行常规的分离鉴定,用杯碟法对分离菌进行耐药初筛,筛选耐青霉素V、红霉素、头孢唑啉、氧氟沙星的菌株作为试验菌株,并对试验菌株进行特定抗生素耐受性试验。结果表明,筛选的6株金黄色葡萄球菌均有致病性。6株菌对红霉素、氧氟沙星、青霉素V、头孢唑啉、氨苄西林、链霉素都有较强的耐药性,对诺氟沙星、头孢噻肟、去甲万古霉素,因菌株不同,耐受性不同。To study the drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus from milk,the Staphylococcus aureus were isolated and identified from the surrounding areas of Hohhot.The cylinder plate method was used for screening,and the strains of penicillin V,erythromycin,cefazolin,ofloxacin were screened for research of the drug resistance through antimicrobial susceptibility test.The results showed that 6 strains of Staphylococcus aureus had pathogenicity.The erythromycin,ofloxacin,penicillin V,cefazolin,ampicillin and streptomycin were more sensitive.But 6 strains showed different sensitivity to norfloxacin,cefotaxime,norvancomycin.
