摘　　要：讨论了线性流形上广义中心对称矩阵的最小二乘解,得到了解的一般表达式,对于任意给定的实对称矩阵,在最小二乘解集中得到了的最佳逼近解.In this paper the set SE of all the generalized Centrosynunetric matrices A such that HAX - B = min forgiven matrices X and B are obtained and the optimal approximation A satisfyingfor a given matrix A is find. Such A is showed to be unique.
