红松松塔多糖抗氧化活性的研究

摘  要:松塔多糖的提取采用传统的水提醇沉法,抗氧化性评价分别考察松塔多糖对ABTS自由基、羟基自由基和超氧阴离子的清除作用。结果表明,红松松塔多糖对于ABTS自由基和羟基自由基的清除效果要好于超氧阴离子,当多糖浓度达到30mg/mL的时候,对于ABTS自由基和羟基自由基的清除率分别达到了90.42%和90%,而对于超氧阴离子的清除率未能达到50%。红松松塔多糖具有较强的抗氧化功能。Object: To provide the basis of utilization and development of polysaccharides of Pinus koraiensis pine- cone; Method: The traditional water extraction and ethanol precipitation method was used to extract polysaccha- rides of pinecone, and the effect of polysaccharides to ABTS free radicals, hydroxyl radicals and superoxide ani- on scavenging ability were defined as the antioxidant parameters, relatively; Result: polysaccharides demonstrate better scavenging effect to ABTS free radicals and hydroxyl radicals than superoxide anion, Especially, when the polysaccharides Concentration was up to 30mg/mL, the ABTS free radicals, hydroxyl radicals scavenging rate reached to 90.42% and 90%, relatively, whereverse, superoxide anion scavenging rate could not reach 50% ; Conclusion: Polysaccharides of Pinus koraiensis pinecone have great function to defense oxidant damage.
