建立景迈茶区春季晒青毛茶指纹图谱的研究

摘　　要：确定了建立景迈茶区春季晒青毛茶高效液相指纹图谱的方法:采用线性梯度洗脱,以乙腈和2%乙酸水溶液为流动相,检测波长280 nm,柱温30℃。景迈茶区不同晒青毛茶样品的指纹图谱具有极高的相似度,但景迈茶区晒青毛茶的标准图谱与其他地区茶样间的相似度差异较大。The author studied the method for establishing the high-performance liquid chromatographic fingerprint map of spring ＂Shaiqingmao＂ tea in Jingmai tea area,and it was ascertained as follows： adopting a linear gradient elution,taking acetonitrile and 2% acetic acid water solution as mobile phase,with the detection wavelength of 280 nm and the column temperature of 30 ℃.The fingerprint maps of different ＂Shaiqingmao＂ tea samples in Jingmai tea area had a very high similarity,but there was great difference in fingerprint map between Qingmai tea sample and other tea sample.
