摘　　要：研究了一类三阶半线性中立型微分方程,利用广义Riccati变换和微分不等式,得到了该类方程一切解振动或者收敛到零的若干充分条件.A class of the third order semi-linear neutral differential equation is studied, some new sufficient conditions which insure any solution of the equation oscillates or converges to zero are obtained by using the generalized Riccati transformation and differential inequality.
