职业院校校企合作机制的构建现状及对策——以福建省为例

摘　　要：职业院校校企合作成效不理想,究其原因,尚未构建起校企合作长效机制.校企合作机制落后成为制约职业教育健康发展的主要障碍之一.完善校企合作机构及其管理机构,构建政策保障机制,构建互惠双赢的驱动机制,构建校企合作评价机制,建立政府主导,职业院校主动,行业、企业参与的"四方联动"长效机制,校企合作才能形成长期、稳定、有效的战略合作.The reason why the cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises is not satisfactory is that there is no long-term effective college-enterprise mechanism. The backward of college-enterprise mechanism becomes one of the main obstacles to restrict the healthy development of vocational education. In order to develop long-term, stable and effective cooperation between colleges and enterprises, we should improve college-enterprise cooperation mechanism and management mechanism, construct policy-guaranteed mechanism, mutually beneficial win-win driving mechanism and college-enterprise cooperation evaluation mechanism, and establish long-term effective mechanism led by governments, initiated by vocational colleges and participated by both industries and enterprises.
