摘 要:大型红外成像目标模拟器方位伺服电机是一大惯量、变参数非标准装置 ,针对该电机的具体情况 ,提出了一种对偶自校正PID控制器。在每一自适应步 ,通过谱分解和在线求解Diophantine方程得到最优PID参数 ,然后基于双重指标进行对偶校正 ,得到一种既保持对偶效应 ,又十分简单易行的对偶自校正PID控制器 ;成功地消除了传统自适应控制系统的关断 (turnoff)、终止 (windup)和猝发 (bursting)等现象 ,收到了良好的控制效果。该控制器适于参数随机变化或快时变系统。The azimuthal servo DC of large infrared photogenic objective simulator is a nonstandard equipment with large inertia and time varying parameters. This paper presents a dual self tuning PID controller according to the special case of this DC. At every adaptive step, optical parameters of PID controller are derived through spectral factorization and solving Diophantine equation online, then the controller is modified based on bicriteria. And a dual self tuning PID controller that has dual effectiveness and is very simple to implemented easily is derived. It eliminates turn off、windup and bursting phenomena of conventional adaptive control systems successfully, so an excellent control performance is achieved. This controller is suitable for stochastic parameters or time varying fast systems.
