摘  要:小学教师的职前培养模式越来越得到重视,不仅发达国家在转变观念,积极探寻小学教师培养的有效模式;发展中国家也在努力改变传统的教学模式,力求培养出更优秀的小学教师以推动基础教育事业的不断发展。发达国家小学教师职前培养模式类型多样,特色鲜明,可以为我国小学教师培养模式的改革提供诸多获得有益的经验和启示。With the accelerated process of the global integration and the further development of the education reform, We pay more and more attention the training models of the primary school. Not only the developed country change its idea, actively explore the'effective method; But also the developing country tries to change the traditional teaching mode, strive to cultivate the more qualified , more outstanding teachers. This paper explore the developed country' pre-service training model in order to summary the characteristics to obtain the beneficial enlightenment.
