摘  要:自上世纪九十年代末起,香港推出了多项学校与大学伙伴协作计划,其原因之一就是要带动教师专业发展。究竟这种策略是否有效?它在哪些方面能够协助教师成长呢?为了解答这些问题,本研究采取了质性研究取向的个案研究法,透过访谈、观察和文件分析,深入了解三位参与过香港教育学院课堂学习研究项目的教师在伙伴协作下的转变。研究显示,来自高等院校的专家,在教师专业发展中担当着催化监督、批判引领、实务支援和建构专业学习网络的角色,使三位教师在专业知识、专业能力,以至对教育的信念与态度方面都有不同程度的转变;惟此种协作模式亦隐藏着不少陷阱,须予警惕。Since the ninety's of the last century,Hong Kong launched a number of school and university partnership program,one of the reasons is to promote teachers' professional development.Whether this strategy is effective?In what respects it can help teachers?In order to solve these problems,this study adopts the study method of qualitative research case,observe the transformation of three participant who participated in the research project of classroom learning of the Hong Kong institute of education.Research shows,experts from institutions of higher education plays a role of supervision,critique,practical support and construction of leading professional learning network in the professional development of teachers.And the three teachers show various degree of development in the professional knowledge,professional skills,as well as the educational beliefs and attitude,but such cooperation mode hide many pitfalls,should be vigilant.
