摘 要:考试报告分数的改革是我国高考评价科学转型的应有之义。标准分是当前很多国家尤其是发达国家普遍采用的分数报告模式,而在我国,标准分的应用仅昙花一现。在新的历史条件下,深入研究不同分数模式的利弊对人才评价与选拔具有十分积极的意义。标准分可以有效降低经验式命题的负面影响,进一步体现考试意图;可以优化招生录取工作,促进科学选拔人才;也有利于科学评价考生的进步程度和地区的教学成效。Reforms in the score reporting system play an important part in the scientific transition of college entrance examination evaluation system. Reporting standard scores is commonly adopted in many countries and especially in the developed countries, but it was short-lived in our country. Presently, intensive studies on the advantages and disadvantages of different scoring systems will make a positive contribution to talent evaluation and selection. This paper starts from a comparison between original scores and standard scores. Then, by ana- lyzing statistically the data from the college entrance examination in Jiangsu Province, it investigates the change in percentile rank when original scores are converted into standard scores. Finally, it examines stand- ard score's positive influence upon the scientific transition of examination evaluation system. It is found that the application of standard scores, compared with original scores, can effectively reduce the negative effects of non-pilot-test task writing, better meet the target of assessment, and optimize the procedure of college admis- sion. It can also be used to assess students' progress and the education outcomes in different regions.
