摘　　要：科研是学科建设深入发展的源泉,学科建设是院校科研的目标和基点。加快民族院校的改革和全面发展,须助推科研与学科建设之间的互动,合理选择符合民族院校历史沿革及特色的互动范式,实现科研与学科建设的共生式发展。Scientific research is a source of in - depth development of the discipline construction, and the subject building is the goal and basic point of academic research. Accelerating the reform and comprehensive development of national institutions, needs boosting the interaction between scientific research and academic building, and reasonably choosing the characteristics interaction paradigm in line with the national institutes history, in order to achieve symbiotic development of scientific research and academic building.
