学术交流中的中医学英译启示——《黄帝内经》李照国英译版赏析

摘　　要：中医文化以中国古典哲学为理论基础,具有浓厚的中国古代文化底蕴,翻译时除了要传达医学信息,还应该处理好蕴含其中的哲学、文学、宗教、价值观、社会学等信息,尽量使中医精髓部分在对外传播和交流中的误差减到最小。中医学翻译大家李照国教授的《黄帝内经》汉译英丛书,显然正透出此翻译思想指导,其翻译手法中,音译、直译、意译、加注等多种技巧运用自如,"信、达、雅"准则可谓面面俱到。本文节选书中部分译文进行简略赏析。The culture of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） is theoretically based on Chinese classical philosophy and is endowed with profound Chinese ancient culture.With a view to minimizing the misunderstanding of the essence of TCM in the course of international communication and exchange,we must not only pass on the medical information but also balance its hidden sense of philosophy,literature,religion,values,social science therein between.Professor Li Zhaoguo＇s masterpiece of translation Yellow Emperor＇s Canon of Medicine,apparently reveals such guiding thought of translation and is successfully skilled with transliteration,literal translation,semantic translation,post-transliteration notes and other means of translation,which have thoughtfully manifested the academic principle of Faithfulness（Xin）,Expressiveness（Da）,Elegance（Ya）.This paper,for an appreciation sake,tries a tasting analysis by excerpting certain transcripts from Prof.Li＇s workpiece mentioned above.
