摘  要:对制备得到的白木通籽油微胶囊产品进行质量评价,通过对其理化性质的测定,考察产品在贮藏期间的稳定性。结果表明:微胶囊粉末大小均匀,细腻,含水量为2.59%,平均粒径为328.1nm,溶解性良好。扫描电镜结果表明白木通籽油微胶囊呈圆球形,表面光滑完整,囊壁结构紧密。差示扫描量热测定得出微胶囊产品的玻璃化转变温度和热溶解温度较高,表明产品在常温贮藏时处于玻璃态,贮藏稳定性较好。微胶囊产品在常温条件下贮藏6个月后,包埋率变化较小。证明白木通籽油微胶囊产品各项指标均符合要求,且贮藏稳定性较好。The quality evaluation of Akebia trifoliata var. australis seed oil microcapsules was investigated. The initial storage stability of microencapsulated Akebia trifoliata var. australis seed oil was es- timated by determining physicochemical properties. Results indicated that the moisture content and mean particle diameter of the micro- capsules were 2.59~/oo and 328.1 nm, respectively. The powder was exquisite and uniform with favorable solubility and dispersion. The microcapsules had a regular spherical shape with smooth surface and compact capsule wall through SEM analysis. DSC analysis demon- strated that the microcapsules had high glass-transition temperature and thermal melting temperature, which indicated good storage sta- bility. Moreover, the encapsulation efficiency of the microcapsules changed a little after being stored for six months. Therefore, theAkebia trifoliata var. australis seed oil microcapsules had favorable product quality and good storage stability.
