食品质量与安全专业《仪器分析实验》教学改革初探

摘　　要：从优化教学内容、加强对学生实践能力的培养、精心组织实验教学、完善实验考核方式等方面对食品质量与安全专业《仪器分析实验》教学进行了改革。通过改革,可以提高学生的学习兴趣,强化其基本操作技能,培养学生创新意识和创新能力,为食品科学领域输送合格人才提供保障。The teaching reform of instrumental analysis experiment in specialty of food quality and food safety is carried out from the following respects： optimizing teaching content, organizing teaching content elaborately, perfecting the test modes, etc. Through the practice of teaching reform, the students＇ interest is motivated, the basic skill is strengthened, and the creativity of the students is cultivated. The reform provides guarantee for transporting qualified personnel to food science field.
