戊糖片球菌高密度发酵以及成本优化研究

摘　　要：本研究以西南菌种保藏中心的戊糖片球菌为出发菌株,先后进行紫外线、硫酸二乙酯(DES)诱变、以及Co60照射等物理化学方法诱变处理,筛选出遗传稳定性好的应用于秸秆发酵高产戊糖片球菌株。确定了其发酵最佳培养条件,形成了独特的发酵工艺。In this experiment, ultraviolet radiation, diethyI sulfate （DES）, Co60 irradiation and some physical ＆ chemical methods were used to treat a Pediococcus pentosaceus, which provided by Southwest Center of Industrial Culture Collection In China, and then a mutant P.pentosaceus strain which was productive and of good genetic sta- bility, was obtained, and it is used in straw fermentation. Then we confirmed the best culture conditions to obtain the optimized manufacturing process.
