摘　　要：近年来米粉制品的创新开发掀起了一个热潮,米粉面包是以米粉为主要原料的一种新型食品。对有关米粉面包的研究现状、发展前景进行概述,以期为我国面粉面包的开发研究提供有效的参考。In recent years, the innovation of rice products development created a boom. Rice flour bread was a new kind of food based mainly on rice flour. Review the research situation and the development prospect of the rice flour bread. The purpose was to provide some valuable references for the development of rice flour bread studies.
