摘　　要：营养师是社会紧缺人才,针对现状,从重视实验课程、狠抓理论基础、重视专业实践、鼓励参与科研活动等4个方面,探讨了针对食品科学与工程专业的公共营养师方向人才培养模式。According to the lack of dietitians in our society, how to culture the dietitian in food science and engineering major students are discussed from the aspects of experiments, theory foundation, practice and scientific research attending.
