摘 要:以白酒厂丢糟为原料,采用单因素及正交试验对NaOH-过氧乙酸预处理工艺中NaOH处理条件进行了研究,并利用纤维素酶降解制备可发酵糖液。结果表明,NaOH处理条件NaOH浓度为1%,固液比1:10,时间60 min,温度75℃时,经过氧乙酸处理后,纤维素酶糖化48 h,酶解液中还原糖,葡萄糖及木糖浓度达到91.33g/L,61.72 g/L和13.88 g/L,对应糖产率分别为565.41 mg/g,379.44 mg/g和84.55 mg/g,较直接糖化酶解液糖浓度及产率提高了2倍。In this study, single-factor experiment and orthogonal design had been performed on NaOH pretreatment stage which have been applied to enhance enzymatic digestibility of the distiller's grains. The results showed that after 48 h of enzyme hydrolysis by NaOH pretreated with 1% NaOH, 1 : 10 solid-to-liquid ratio at 75 %; for 60 min and further peracetic acid pretreatment, the reducing sugar, glucose and xylose concentration were 91.33 g/L, 61.72 g/L and 13.88 g/ L, respectively. Accordingly, the reducing sugar, glucose and xylose yield were 565.41 mg/g, 379.44 mg/g and 84.5 mg/ g, respectively. Both the sugar concentration and yield were increased 2 times comparing to the enzyme hydrolysis of unpretreated distiller's grains.
