摘　　要：文章介绍了食品科学与工程专业的有机化学课程教学目前存在的问题和缺陷,提出在有机化学教学过程中,结合食品工程专业的特点,加强多种教学方法的应用,因材施教,注意培养学生的学习方法,激发他们的学习兴趣,分别从教材建设、教学手段的更新以及教学改革等多方面探讨了有机化学课程体系改革,为该课程今后的建设和发展提供了有价值的经验。The shortcoming and problems existed in current teaching model of organic chemistry course were introduced and analyzed.We found that applying different teaching method according to the student’s nature,developing student’s learning method and inducing their learning interest were very important for improving the teaching effect.We discussed the teaching model of this course from teaching material development,teacher training,teaching method reform and the achievement we have got,respectively.All these were invaluable experience for the development and progress of this course.
