摘 要:目的探讨在基础护理学实验教学中采用传统教学法和基础护理临床实践教学法对护理本科生评判性思维能力的影响。方法便利抽样法选择湖北医药学院护理学院2010级40名护理本科生(以下简称护生)为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组20名。观察组护生采用基础护理临床实践教学法,对照组护生采用传统教学法,分组时及课程结束时分别用中文版评判性思维倾向量表(critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version,CTDI-CV)测评两组护生的评判性思维能力。结果分组时,两组护生评判性思维能力评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。课程结束时,观察组护生评判性思维能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05),并且在系统化能力和自信心方面与对照组的差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基础护理临床实践教学法能有效促进护生评判性思维能力的提高。Objective To evaluate the effects of clinical practice teaching and routine teaching of funda- mental nursing on critical thinking abilities of nursing students. Methods By convinence sampling method totally 40 nursing students of grade 2010 in the university were randomly divided into control group (n: 20) and experimental group (n=20). The students in the control group participated in the routine teach- ing, and the students in the experimental group participated in clinical practice teaching combined with the routine teaching. The critical thinking abilities of both group were tested by critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version (CTDI-CV) before and after the course. Results There was no significant difference on the scores of critical thinking abilities between the two groups when grouping(P〉0.05). After the course, the scores of critical thinking abilities in the experimental group was significantly higher (P〈0.05) than that in the control group,and statistical significances were also observed in the aspects of systematization and confidence between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Clinical practice teaching can effectively improve critical thinking abilities of nursing undergraduates.
