摘  要:随着高职教育的快速发展,"双师型"教师的培养成为当前高职教育发展的瓶颈,提高教师的双师素质成为高职院校的头等大事。创新校企合作体制机制,优化双师型教师培养方式,完善双师型教师培养的激励机制,为提升教师双师素质提供良好外部环境和激励机制,促进高职教育的健康和可持续发展。With the rapid development of type teachers become the bottleneck Vocational education, the training of double teacher of the development of Higher Vocational Education, Improving teachers' double quality in higher vocational colleges teachers become the top priority. Innovative school-enterprise cooperation system mechanism and the optimization of the double teacher training mode to enhance teachers' double quality and to provide a good external environment and incentive mechanism so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Higher Vocational education.
