摘　　要：为对产品真实性提供技术支撑,作者建立了食品和饲料中火鸡源性成分的检测方法。采用TaqMan探针实时荧光PCR方法,对火鸡源性成分特异性、灵敏度进行检测并进行实际应用。实验表明,建立的检测方法具有特异性和高灵敏度,检测限为0.001%。通过对市售食品和饲料样品的检测,建立的方法适用于食品和饲料中火鸡源性成分的检测。This work describes the development of a PCR system for the authentication of turkey derived material in food and feed.A real-time PCR method was established for detection of turkey derived material. The method was specific for turkey derived material,and the limit of detection was determined as 0.001%. The PCR procedure is suitable for the detection of turkey derived material in food and feed.
